Experimental conditions:

1. Take a live mouse, kill it by cervical dislocation, and take out some liver and lung tissues, the size of mung beans.

2. Use a 2ml experimental test tube, take 1.5ml tissue fixative through a liquid dispenser and place it in a laboratory tube, and place the liver tissue in the tissue fixative.

3. The experimental test tube is installed on the rotating chuck at the ultrasonic reaction end of the non-contact cell disruptor.

4. Cover with a soundproof cover, and set the parameters of the cell disruptor as follows: (1) Alarm temperature 37 degrees; (2) Total ultrasonic time 8 minutes; (3) Ultrasonic power: 90%; (4) Ultrasonic interval time: Ultrasonic on for 4 seconds, off for 3 seconds; (5) Turn on the ultrasonic work for 8 minutes

Precautions:

1. The temperature needs to be maintained below 37 degrees, and a chiller needs to be added for docking;

2. Make a separate non-rotating card slot with all test tubes in the middle part;

3. The engineering interface current must be adjusted to 3.0-3.5 to have a significant effect.
